Shipping policy

Orders are sent out almost daily, but at a maximum within 3 days of order placement unless stated on listing as a pre-order. All items are tracked and tracking details are provided to customers. All items are sold exclusive of VAT/Duties. If fees are charged by a foreign customs authority, they are the responsibility of the customer.

NZ Post has target delivery times, but these vary depending on the time of year (eg. December is slower) and are quite random in general. For example, I've had Standard service items delivered to Australia within 5 days, but 'Express' services take over 3 weeks. 

Target delivery times are as follow:

NZ Domestic Service: 2-3 Working Days

FedEx (AU): 3-5 Working Days

Other International: 15+ Working Days

DHL Express: 1-5 Working Days
