Refund policy

 Boomfa Vintage has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of Mind

All Boomfa Vintage items come with a satisfaction guarantee. If your garment doesn't fit the way you wanted it to, or you just change your mind, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days for a full refund exclusive of shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Flaws Not Described (Vintage)

Although I do my absolute best to picture and describe the flaws and blemishes on all items, I am human. If I've missed something please get in touch to arrange suitable compensation. This will either be keeping the item and receiving a partial refund OR a full refund including postage costs.

Manufacturing Defect (New Products)

If you believe there has been a manufacturing defect on any new products, please send photos within 7 days and you may return the product provided it still has tags and is in its original packaging. This is required by all suppliers in order to claim a product is defective.
