The Celtic Warriors were one of the most short-lived teams in professional rugby, existing for just a single season in 2003-04 before being controversially disbanded by the WRU. Formed from the merger of Pontypridd and Bridgend, they played at the Brewery Field and featured the likes of Gareth Thomas and Sonny Parker.
