The Australian Under 21s were the proving ground for the next generation of Wallabies, with future internationals cutting their teeth in representative rugby. The late 1990s produced a golden crop of talent that would go on to dominate the 2003 World Cup cycle.
A numbered Canterbury cotton jersey that would have been worn in representative fixtures. Under 21s jerseys from this era were never sold to the public, making them genuine player-issue pieces from Australian rugby's development pathway.
You can learn more about it, and every Wallabies jersey ever worn in "The Official History of the Wallabies Jersey" by Michael Fahey.
