The inaugural Highlanders squad entered Super Rugby in 1996 as the Otago Highlanders, representing the lower South Island with a mix of Otago, Southland and North Otago talent. Jeff Wilson, Josh Kronfeld and Taine Randell were among the stars pulling on this jersey during those early seasons, fresh off the back of the All Blacks' 1995 World Cup campaign.
A proper piece of Super Rugby history from the very first years of the competition. The heavy cotton Canterbury construction is built to last, and this one has held up brilliantly. One for the Dunedin faithful.
