Description: An extemely rare Japan national team rugby league jersey. I don't even know where to begin with this one!
Thje Samurais are one of the smaller International Rugby League teams, only having played 24 games with the first in 1998. Their first win came a year later against Canada, with a resounding 14-0 victory.
This was purchased from an out and out RL collector, who says it's a genuine player-issued article. I have no way of verifying that it's match-worn, but it must have been a spare at the very least, given this jersey wouldn't have been retailed.
I've seen plenty of 90s jerseys, but 80s ones don't come around too often! This is in remarkably good condition and ready for a collector to add to their treasure trove.
