New South Wales Rugby's Waratahs were a powerhouse of Australian provincial rugby through the 1990s. With the Waratah crest proudly displayed, this Canterbury colour-block polo comes from an era when players like Tim Horan, Phil Kearns, and John Eales were representing NSW before heading to Wallabies duty. The Waratahs would go on to become a founding Super Rugby franchise.
This is likely a player issued training jersey, as I rarely see retail jersey from this era in a size this large!
