The Dick Smith Auckland Nines was one of the best things to happen to rugby league in New Zealand. The 2015 tournament saw the Warriors take on the competition in front of a packed Eden Park, with the short-form format bringing out the best in attacking footy. Shaun Johnson was electric in the Nines format, turning defenders inside out.
This jersey was named "Spirit of the Warrior".
Elements of earth, water, air and fire surround the figures and link them together in a surreal battle scene in the tattoo-styled design; artwork inspired by many different cultures also flows through the design and often into the figures themselves.
