Although I can't confirm it's match worn, as I have no background information, this ticks all of the boxes. It has a bit of wear and tear as you'd expect, an embroidered 'A' beneath the logo (I'm not sure why a replica would have this) and emboirdered numbers in the same typeface as the Welsh jerseys worn in the Six Nations in 2002.
