It's been 30 Years since Super Rugby first graced the fields of Athletic Park, and I reckon they had the design spot on then too. So the Hurricanes decied - a Heritage jersey is simply not enough.
They are throwing it back to 1996 for the whole season with this stunning design - a fresh reversed colourway of the 96 Home.
Nice details, including a button-up placket, patterns subtly featured in the black areas and excellent sponsor integration of the KIA, staying within the yellow hoop. Interestingly the sponsors are different on the home and away jerseys.
