Scotland headed to the 1995 Rugby World Cup in South Africa with Gavin Hastings leading from the front. The tournament marked the end of an era for Scottish rugby as Hastings retired after the quarter-final defeat to New Zealand in Pretoria.
Pringle of Scotland supplied the SRU through the mid-90s, and these jerseys remain popular collectors' pieces. Craig Chalmers and Gregor Townsend were both competing for the fly-half jersey during this period.
