O Canada! A brilliant Canterbury of New Zealand jersey for Rugby Canada, sponsored by Newbridge Networks during the late 1990s era when Canada were regulars at the Rugby World Cup.
The maple leaf trim on the shoulders is a classic touch from this period. Not one you see pop up very often, especially in this condition.
I'm almost certain the number 3 is fan added.
