From the final years of the ARL era before the Super League war tore the game apart, this Pepsi-sponsored Manly jersey is a brilliant throwback. The Sea Eagles were a force in the mid-90s, with Matthew Ridge pulling the strings at fullback and Des Hasler still involved at the club that would become his spiritual home.
Pre-NRL Manly jerseys with the classic ARL shield badge and the old Sea Eagles crest are getting harder to find. The Lenco and Pepsi branding makes this a real time capsule from 1990s rugby league.
