France hosted the 2007 Rugby World Cup and delivered one of the great upsets of the tournament, knocking out the All Blacks in a famous Cardiff quarter-final. Thierry Dusautoir's heroic defensive display earned him IRB Player of the Year.
This is either a defect at factory without the France patch or it has come off, hence the lower price!
