Gloucester in the late 90s were establishing themselves as one of English rugby's most passionate clubs. The 1997-98 season saw the Cherry and Whites competing in the Allied Dunbar Premiership, with the likes of Phil Vickery coming through as a young prop who would go on to captain England.
Cotton Oxford produced some cracking rugby jerseys in this era. Long sleeve with the Eagle Star sponsor, this is a proper piece of Kingsholm history from when the Shed was at its most intimidating.
