From the very first season of the NRL, when Cronulla-Sutherland were still chasing their maiden premiership. The Nike-manufactured jersey with the original NRL badge is a clean piece from a period when the Sharks were rebuilding post-Super League.
The teal chevron design on white became a signature Sharks look during the late 1990s, and this is a quality example from that era of transition in rugby league.
